LIPOSCULPTURE TECHNIQUE

After infiltrating the area with a local anesthetic solution, the excess fat is suctioned out using very small diameter cannulas. Postoperatively, the patient wears an elastic corset for about a month and returns to daily activities within a few days.

SMART LIPO DECA (laser-assisted liposuction with Nd Yag laser)

The Smartlipo method is clinically tested and FDA-approved in the USA. It is based on the direct application of the laser (Nd:Yag Laser 1064nm) through an optical fiber placed in the subcutaneous fat of areas with localized fat deposits after local anesthesia has been administered.

Laser lipolysis – Smartlipo essentially involves the laser’s direct action on fat cells, which causes their membrane to break mechanically and permanently destroys them by selectively increasing the temperature in the laser beam’s action area, without damaging the underlying tissues and skin.
Simply put, the laser “melts” the subcutaneous fat, converting it into a thin liquid, which is then naturally absorbed by the body or can be aspirated more easily than with the traditional liposuction method, using the specially designed ultra-thin (1.5mm diameter) Smartlipo cannula.
